2017年，全国首个“国字号”中国网络作家村在滨江启航。这里汇聚了唐家三少、南派三叔、管平潮等325位知名作家，诞生了《庆余年》《盗墓笔记》等300余部爆款作品。《芈月传》《上元欢》等“东方故事”多形式出海，吸引了全球超1.6亿读者。

In 2017, the first nationally endorsed “China Internet Writers Village” was established in Binjiang, which has attracted 325 prominent writers including Tang Jia San Shao, Nan Pai San Shu, and Guan Pingchao, producing over 300 hit works such as “Joy of Life” and “The Lost Tomb”. Oriental narratives like “The Legend of Mi Yue” and “Shangyuan Huan” have gone global in numerous formats, attracting over 160 million readers worldwide.

“槐花深处”文化共享空间共有上下两层，集文化展陈、IP打卡、休闲阅读等于一体。不论是喜欢看书、逛展，还是摄影，都能在这儿遇到小惊喜。

The two-story “Among Pagoda Tree Flowers” Shared Cultural Space integrates multiple functions such as cultural exhibitions, IP-themed activities and leisure reading. People can enjoy their time here and find delightful surprises in reading, exhibitions, or photography.

Binjiang Public Library is a national first-class library and the first professional thematic library in Hangzhou specializing in technology and reading experiences. With a collection of over 860,000 volumes, it features diverse functional zones including the children’s educational toy zone, children’s borrowing area, and specialized literature borrowing area, providing comprehensive and multifaceted cultural services to the public.

网易蜗牛读书馆坐落于北塘河畔创新中心，是由滨江区与网易合作推出的公益文化项目。馆藏纸质书60000多册，来这里“像蜗牛一样慢下来”，静静感受慢时光的自在惬意。

Located in the Innovation Center along Beitang River, the NetEase Snail Reading Library is a public welfare cultural project jointly launched by Binjiang District and NetEase. With more than 60,000 paperback volumes, this space invites people to “slow down like a snail” and enjoy the tranquility of leisurely moments.

“吴越王钱镠见潮水冲击，命令弓弩手张弓射潮，潮水因此后退。”钱王射潮传说由此流传千古。走近射潮广场，便能看到韩美林大师设计的“钱王射潮”雕塑的雄姿，耳畔传来阵阵潮声，仿佛听见千年传说在风声浪涛中生生不息。

The legend of “King Qian Shooting the Tide” has passed down for millennia, originating from the scene where King Qian Liu of Wuyue, witnessing the raging tidal waves, ordered archers to shoot at the tide to make the waters recede. The sculpture of “King Qian Shooting the Tide” designed by Master Han Meilin is welcoming people in Shechao Square together with the roar of tides in the air, carrying the legend down across ages through wind and waves.

“Big Lotus” and “Small Lotus”

凭借独特的建筑美学与亚运赛事记忆，“大小莲花”成为了滨江文化新地标，各项体育赛事、各大演唱会在此轮番上演。若想探寻更多亚运记忆，还可移步至“大莲花”负一层的杭州亚运会博物馆，追溯亚运百年辉煌历程。

Combining unique architectural aesthetics with the legacy of the Asian Games, the “Big Lotus” and “Small Lotus” have become iconic cultural landmarks in Binjiang, hosting successive sports events and concerts. For more information about the Asian Games legacy, visitors can go to the B1 level of the “Big Lotus” to the Hangzhou Asian Games Museum, which traces the century-long glorious history of the Asian Games.

There is not only the picturesque White Horse Lake but also a cultural and creative hub in Binjiang attracting many outstanding cultural and creative enterprises. The China International Cartoon and Animation Festival is held annually, bringing a yearly gathering. The China Cartoon and Animation Museum offers visitors an immersive at-the-scene experience that leaves a lasting impression with over 20,000 exhibits.

Electronic Soul Network adheres to its development philosophy of “forging the soul of gaming”, with its flagship title Dream Three Kingdoms 2 being selected as an official Esports event at the Hangzhou Asian Games. Xixing Ancient Town

西兴古镇

西兴古镇，古称固陵、西陵，因交通发达，地势险要，自古为“浙东首地，宁、绍、台之襟喉”。它是浙东唐诗之路的起点，被古人书写进华丽的诗篇，更是今人的乡愁所在。

Xixing Ancient Town, also known as Guling or Xiling in history, served as a strategic gateway due to its advantageous location and well-developed transportation networks, becoming “the premier territory of eastern Zhejiang and the throat connecting Ningbo, Shaoxing, and Taizhou”. As the starting point of the eastern Zhejiang Tang Poetry Road, it has been written in many exquisite verses by ancient poets and becomes a place of nostalgia for residents today.

历史长河，崇文重教，人文荟萃。数百年来，倡导“兴学”“耕读”的长河来氏家族人才辈出。2022年开街后，古街重拾烟火气。青砖黛瓦间，耕读传家的文脉与千年往事静静流淌。

Emphasizing culture and education, Changhe has always been a place with literary talents in history. For centuries, the Lai Family in Changhe, as advocates of education promotion and the farming-studying tradition, has produced a continuous stream of talents. Since its reopening in 2022, the old street has regained its vibrant atmosphere. Amidst gray brick walls and black-tiled roofs, the literary legacy of farming-studying heritage and millennia-old stories flow quietly in history.
