变漂亮了“亚” | 国际滨 水之韵

水，是江南独特的文化基因。

Water is a genetic code of culture which makes the regions south of the Yangtze River as they are.

于高新区（滨江）而言，水脉是文脉、人脉，也是城脉，它培育了“古韵与活力并存”的城市气质，是这片土地的灵气所在。

To High-tech Zone (Binjiang), water is the key not only to culture and civilization, but also to the construction of the city, whose essence allows a harmonious co-existence of ancient charm and modern vitality in the city.

发轫于灵动蹁跹的溪涧，奔腾于连绵重叠的山峦，通江达海的山水形胜，注定了钱塘江与生俱来的开放胸怀。自古以来，钱塘江便作为母亲河，孕育了两岸千年的文明。

Originated from a flowing stream among mountains and surging into a soaring river towards the sea, the Qiantang River is destined with an open gesture which makes it the mother river of the thousand-year-old civilization on its banks since ancient times.

说他是一位沧桑的老者，是因为他记录了历史文化的源远流长，说他是一位激情的少年，更是因为他舞动着创新的旗帜。隔江遥望，楼宇建筑高耸林立，“大小莲花”并蒂绽放，一路沿江伸展的夜景灯光，与江面水波相互衬托，引人入胜。

Ancient as it is, the river has witnessed the long history and culture of the city. Vigorous as it is, the river is nurturing the trend of innovation in the city. With skyscrapers towering up across the river and the Big and Small Lotuses blooming along the river, the scenery along the river is charming as lights shining in the night are reflected vividly in the waves of water.

与澎湃昂扬的钱塘江不同，白马湖的美，在于无双的自然山水，深厚的人文底蕴。坐落于高新区（滨江）南部，越王城山北麓，她与西湖隔江相望，被称为“杭城双璧”。

However, with distinguished natural landscapes and profound cultural heritages, the beauty of the White Horse Lake is quite different from that of the billowing Qiantang River. Located in the southern part of the High-tech Zone (Binjiang) and the northern foot of Yuewangcheng Mountain, the White Horse Lake echoes with the West Lake across the river and makes the twin gems of Hangzhou.

从栈桥到石板路，从湖岸到花田，山明水秀，城湖合璧，这里，无不透露着江南水乡之韵味。远眺一波碧水绕城，仿佛置身于绝美画卷。

Decorated with plank bridges and stone-paved roads, stretching from the lakeside to flower fields, the picturesque scenery with a perfect match of the city and the lake highlights the essence of the regions south of the Yangtze River. Seen from afar, the city surrounded by the water is as beautiful as a stunning painting.

沿着白马湖一路向东北出发，大约800米路程，就可逃离“钢筋水泥”，回到记忆中的乡间。

Heading northeast along the White Horse Lake for merely about 800 meters, people can easily find an escape from the modern jungle of steel and cement and retreat to the countryside as in their memories.

河水清洌可鉴，两岸农田错落有致，翠绿与金黄交相辉映。这里便是“网红梯田”的起源地——塘子堰河。塘子堰河起于映翠河，止于井山湖，是沟通井山湖和白马湖的重要河道。一阵风拂过，山脚下的河水泛起涟漪，麻雀惊起觅食。梯田取代环境逼仄的农居村落，把“乡村图景”留在了城里。

With a pleasant intertwining of green and golden colors, prosperous farmlands spread orderly along the clear river. This is the origin of the terraced fields famous over all the social medias – the Tangziyan River, a river which starts from Yingcui River and ends at Jingshan Lake, becoming an important channel between Jingshan Lake and the White Horse Lake. As a bit of wind flickering away, waves ripple in the river along the foot of the mountain and sparrows all rise for food. The terraced fields are carving a fascinating rural landscape into the city instead of cramped villages.

如果说塘子堰河承载了儿时的乡村时光，那么北塘河就是居民口中的“城市后花园”。自河道水质显著提升以来，北塘河畔变得热闹起来。沿岸边慢跑，于公园赏景，闹中取静，为居民带来极致的感官体验。

If we say Tangziyan River bears our childhood memory of rural leisure, the Beitang River is what we call an “urban backyard”. Due to the significant improvement of river water quality, the banks of Beitang River have been crowded with people jogging along the river or walking in the park, providing a break with ultimate sensory experience away from hustles and bustles.

带来相同感受的，还有小砾山输水河。小砾山输水河位于天马路与长江路交叉口，西与龙塘河相接，东至白马湖。漫步河边，北岸山丘逶迤，树木葱茏。两岸建有漫步道、亭子、亲水平台、景观照壁等，供人休息。行走在山水之间，感受自然的风光，怡然自得。

Things are the same with the Shushui River in Xiaoli Mountain. The Shushui River in Xiaoli Mountain is located at the intersection of Tianma Road and Changjiang Road, connecting Longtang River to its west and Baima Lake to its east. Along the north bank of the river are continuous hills covered with lush trees, making a perfect place for a leisure walk, where pedestrian walkways, pavilions, hydrophilic platforms and landscape walls can be found on both sides for a rest. A walk among mountains and rivers like this can bring people tranquility with pleasant natural beauty.

国际滨 水之韵

高新区（滨江），因水而生、因水而兴、因水而名。这里，传统韵味与时代特色相互融合，形成了独特的水韵文化。

Built along the water, thriving for the water and named after the water, High-tech Zone (Binjiang) is distinguished by its unique water culture which fuses traditional charms into the new era.
